OGGEV’s cage fish farming project harnesses innovative and eco-friendly fish farming methods to provide sustainable protein sources, create economic opportunities, and promote responsible aquaculture.

Why cage fish farming?

Cage fish farming involves growing fish in floating enclosures placed in natural water bodies such as lakes and rivers. This method allows for controlled fish production while minimizing the impact on the environment. It is a scalable, cost-effective, and highly productive solution that enhances food security and economic resilience for communities dependent on fisheries.
